We use shipping methods that include UPS, Fedex or DHL depending on certain factors and what method will be the fastest turn around time.
Next Day 1-2 Days
Express 3-4 Days
Ground 5-7 Days
We only ship to the US at this time, due to the rise in shipping costs!
Most Orders placed by 3pm ship SAME day!
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are accepted for only defective items. You must contact us first at info@goldenpawsonline.com. There is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
